Overview
The Eugene Marathon is a marathon race held in Eugene, Oregon, USA. It was founded in 2007 and has been held every spring since then, on the last Sunday of April.
The marathon course begins at Autzen Stadium, which hosted the July 2022 World Athletics Championships Oregon 22. Runners will cross the Willamette River, pass through the downtown and campus area, past South Eugene High School and pass through Amazon Park. Continue to the edge of the South Hills, then turn back north and eventually join the riverside trail system. From here, it loops through the River Road area, across the Owosso Drive pedestrian bridge to the Delta Ponds area, to Olton Baker Park, and finally east to Springfield, before making a final turn to take you to Ootzen. Goal at the stadium.
